Returns

Q. What do I do if I am not happy with my purchase?

A. We are sure you will be thrilled with your purchase, but if for some reason you should decide to return it, our FREE returns policy makes this easy for you.

Please return goods in the original packaging, unused and undamaged within 10 days of receiving them. Include in the parcel your name and address, packing slip and the reason you wish to return your purchase so that we can improve our service.

Please send proof of your Royal Mail Standard Parcel postage to receive a full refund. In the very unlikely event of you parcel being lost or damaged, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.

Deliveries

Q. How do you deliver?

A. We normally despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. We post via The Royal Mail and delivery times vary from 24 hour to about a week. Please select your preference in the ‘Shop’.

If what you wish to order is not in stock, please contact us and we will let you know when it will be available.

Care

Q. How do I wash wool

A. Your beautiful woollen goods should be dry cleaned or gently washed in cool or lukewarm water with wool detergent. Air dry with care, do not tumble dry or wring.

Q. Why is my blanket not exactly shade shown on the computer?

A. Because our products are handmade, colours and sizes may vary slightly, but I am sure you will agree that these small changes only enhance their individual beauty.
